Artist Dragon, Draco by Wayneston Bears
Draco is approximately 9 inches tall standing, made from beautiful apricot and white coloured mohair. He is completely designed and hand crafted by me, Wayne Lim from Singapore.
Many hours have been spent to give him an endearing face. His face is needle sculpted, shaded and trimmed with razor and scissors to give him a Wayneston Bears Signature style. Shadings have been given to him to enhance his look.
Draco has German glass eyes and needle felted eyelids. He is 5-way jointed using hardboard disks with hardware. He is very poseable with wire armatures on his wings, arms and legs, as well as a loc-line armature on his spine connected to his tail.
Foot and paw pads are very detailed and took hours to create, made of ultra suede with needle sculpted techniques.
Draco's horns and claws are individually hand sculpted with epoxy clay without any mould. They are all shaded with colours and sealed to give them a realistic 'ivory' look and feel.
He is filled with polyfill, crushed garnets and much love. A Wayneston Bears suede tag is sewn on his back.
This bear/creation has been made by me, Wayne Lim from design to completion. This bear/creation is meant for the adult collector and not to be given to a child. A swing tag with its specifications and a certificate of authenticity will be attached together. All creations come from a smoke free home.
